Was wondering if any one had any info on this radio good bad?

I have had two of them for over a year now, great radios. I use them on 440 and 460 mostly. The main tuning dial is a little to sensitive for me, but I have no plans of getting rid of them.

2 friends of mine had it and dislike it..

i might suggest an IC-208 or a ID-8000

SARGE although i have never used or owned a ft-7800 there are several locals here that use them and are very happy. Also they seem to have great reviews at www.eham.net/reviews/detail/3685.Good luck with your purchase.
