Neat feature I found on the yaesu ftm-350ar. When long pressing forward or back it takes you into monoband operation. Be aware ur scanner the sub band it will continue to scan which is neat. It still shows the freq on the top. But what I found really cool is I have my right side set up for 150mhz scanning local sheriff, police stuff. If you key up on 440 the radio still continues to scan the sub band and continues to receive audio! That's pretty cool. I thought it stopped scanning after u key. Now this only works when keying on 440 while listening to 2m. Radio has not been Mars capped.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
