I loved my Tennessee Walker. Only took like 4 watts dead key to get over 3,200 and not even break a sweat. Plug in the wall 220v 4 4cx250R's....i paid 1,500 for it like 10 years ago. Ran it for 4 years. I think i had to replace the RF choke once. Sold it on ebay for 1,800 i think. Great...
I usually tune my 300a on 19A. When you've hit you max deadkey going back and forth Tune and Load maybe 3 times. Tune the back to max deadkey. Then they say to back down on the load a quarter turn. I do that but when it drops a bit i start AUDIO'in in mic and I adjust the the load up or down...
I posted a couple pics. This local guy was shopping for a base antenna. He was leaning towards the Maco 5/8 . I told him to get the 2016 and if he didnt like it i'd give him my Tornado and pay the difference of the 2016. H'e happy with the 5/8s but he's doing drivebys with locals showing...
Get the stryker 955. High power, people will ask you what radio are you just because of the audio. Great functions. I mean you can unlock the clarifier with a button and relock it. Sideband is great. 2510 great. If i was new and this radio was available i'd jump on it. Have the shop tune it...
They get reported because of the mods that can be done to them. Some ham guys made a stink to ebay because the 2510 is one of the first 10 meter radios that could convert to run 11 meters easily. Kinda stupid now....Run it with no pics of the face. you know have fun with it see if you can...
I can't help but notice not much about this antenna being talked about. Well its worth voicing an opinion from me. I have had many base antennas. The best built was the I 10k. Very impressive antenna and even better bragging rights. The maco 5/8ths was ok. Its kinda like owning a radio built...

There's this guy who's a member on this site who deserves some feedback from the service he does. We're lucky to have him as part of this forum and even luckier that he's willing to share all his years of experience with us. I just received my 667V that Mike repaired for me. It's by far the...
Buddy of mine came across one of these and pushed it too hard and popped the 1446 driver and I'm having no luck whatsoever on finding any info on this box. It's made by TNT (old) it has one 1446 driving 8 1446's. Any info on this would be appreciated. 73's
You guys are great. I spent the better part of my spare time for 2 days searching for info on these 7530s future and I didnt see anything that impressed me enough to do this trade. I thank you all for your time and help i hate to say this but i think you'll see more and more of these type amps...
Ok thanks for your time. I'll just try this. What in your opinion is the proper driver for this box. You know "this amp should run on 13.8v with a 100 amp power supply driving it with a 3w deadkey" And what is the expected output for a 2x8 running ERF 7530's. and if you would ....what...
