Need Picture Help

Beats me it resembled an old Pace electronics ricg until I seen the band selector its some old export you have to look at the board inside look around the whole edge of the board there got to be a lable on it.
 
The guy popped the cover and the only # he can find on the board is this

PCMA 0015

He forgot to get the # off the PLL chip but it going to do that next time he's in it.

Thanks for any help!
 
Well...the pic is big enough to recognize it if you know what it is. If anyone can capture this pic and blow it up for us...by all means go for it.

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
