My uncle gave me a moonraker 4, it has the original avanti gamma matches. One set of Gammas has the black heat shrink in the middle of them, the other set has green heat shrink over them. Is there a wattage difference between the two gamma sets, I didn't know how many watts they were good for. Thanks.

The difference between the colors is that one is for the horizontal side and the other is for the vertical. I don't remember what one goes where but there are places online where you can download the original manual for the antenna. They were both rated the same at 2 KW and that was fairly conservative. They can be upgraded with Teflon gamma matches.

Thanks for the reply, I have 2 green gammas, and two black gammas. Do you know where you can buy the teflon gammas from? Thanks again.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
