I have an Eagle 525 amplifier. It is 2 x 42kn6 (modified) driving 5 x 20LF6 tubes. I am driving it with 2.5 watt DK and 18 watts swing and seeing 225dk and about 700 watts pep. Does this seem to be about normal? Also- I notice that the stock fan(loud) is pulling air out across the tubes vs blowing air in across the tubes. Is this normal? Last is I replaced the 115v 60hz 14 watt fan with a much quieter 115v 60hz 20 watt fan. Is that ok on the wattage difference? I am most interested in the air flow direction? Thanks

The air flow needs to be away from the power transformer, so if the fan is drawing the air out of the amp away from the transformer it should be ok.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
