Space Shuttle and Space Station Freq?

Any frequencies I can tune into to listen to the spaceshuttles in orbit or listen to the spacestation??

LOL. That reminds me of back when the Russian space station Mir was still up. Their routine chat downlink freq. they used for routine comms just happened to be on the same freq. as a local EMO (Emergency Measures Organization) repeater output at 148.235 MHz. I had lots of EMO members asking WTF the comms were on their freq. I would tune my ham gear to their up/down links whenever I heard Russian starting to break the squelch on the scanner.
