Ebay buyer question.

I bought two pellet guns off ebay for $40. Come to find out the seller after the auction says there plastic as in airsoft. I asked him to refund me and I will pay the listing fee. He refused and ia going to mail them out. What should I do when I recueve them? Open a claim on paypal ? I seriously thought I was buying a pellet gun not cheap plastic baby toy

How are we to make a suggestion without seeing the listing? as much as we would like to side with you we cannot give advise without seeing the listing to say whether there was false advertisement here?

I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
