If you watch the video at 32 seconds you'll notice Tagra themselves call it a 7/8 J Pole in their paperwork, probably where the chap gets the idea from

You are correct, they do call it that...
Even the new version of the Vector 4000 they list in the manual as a "coaxial j-pole". The only place I've seen any reference to a "coaxial j-pole" is Sirio. I guess they can call it whatever they want, it is their product...
