Name this transmission

DIGITAL

Only thing I know it is a type of commercial digital, next time you hear go to multipsk and in the right hand corner it has commercial or ham digital press commercial and it will show you various modes, try one of these.
You also might want to go to yahoo forum under utility listening and that forum usually has some free digital commercial programs to download...
DOCTOR..Always on digital

Thanks for the reply, I have a few programs, one being a recorder than it can decode some encrypted transmissions. The other main program I use has a huge list of different digital type stuff (still learning how to use the software hi).

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
