Im the same way but ebay now has an option free of charge they'll handle the international shipping.

There's only 50 states. You minus Alaska and hawaii its 48. It cost more to ship to islands and Alaska.
Not necessarily. It depends on where you ship from and what method you use. That was just beat to death a while back on QRZ.com. In some cases it was CHEAPER to ship to Alaska than to somewhere else in the lower 48 depending on the shipping method.
