You can't respond to threads in the "Swapshop" areas of the forums, the admins turned off replies to those particular sections. If you see something you like, send a PM to the seller, or if the seller provides an email address, send the seller an email.

This is correct. Too many people were commenting on for sale items with no intent to purchase and only to stir up crap by berating a seller for the condition of the item or the price he was asking and it became a shit fest so replies have been turned off. Reply to the post via PM.
