Listening on 11 meters....

I am a fluent spanish speaker in addition to english. :) So you can hear them talk about stuff. They have nicknames for things etc.. sometimes you will hear stuff out in the 6mhz or 8mhz LSB as well.

That's good,a lot of people believe because they speak spanish they have to be from Mexico and not Central or South America

6.900 LSB is like 27.555

Yep, someone hears Spanish on the radio and instantly say it's Mexico or Puerto Rico. Those must be the only two Spanish speaking countries they know of outside Spain itself.

Someone from Mexico speaks and uses lingo that is different from someone in Spain or someone in Colombia.

I also hear other folks not from Mexico also speaking about such business so it is not just Mexico.

Hello gentlemen and Ladies. I have the dreaded RCI-2990 receive issue where my radio gets distorted when people get close to my location. I found the C90 Capacitor, but I can not for the life of me find the C89 capacitor. Can or does anyone have a picture of the exact location of C89 ? Thank you in advance, Wes
