You won't have to ask them; they will do that in addition to the physical performance. Once they got you in the klink, they may/may not also draw blood. They want a strong case.

but,....................that's an old trick,..... they hope you say somethin stupid like "I can't even do that sober".

Some of the moves that guy was doing and reciting the alphabet backwards is incredible for a drunk. I haven't had a drink in decades but I can't walk a straight line or recite the alphabet backwards on my best day.

I practiced several years ago and got the alphabet backwards (actually, both English and Greek). It seems to impress second and third graders when I say it backwards faster than they can say it forwards!
