WTB: RF Limited CR-577 Microphone

I don't know anyone that has them. I've been out for 6 months. I have one of my own I bought a year ago. I also just bought an RF limited 2018. I believe it has the identical ciramic element inside. I have not done a test yet but I'm thinking about comparing the two mics. I like the volume control on the outside of the cr577 but maybe it can be wired to one of the knobs on the 2018. I don't know for sure but the echo controls are probably pretty high value resistors whereas the volume control on the cr577 is probably pretty low resistance. I don't know but it's worth checking out.
Wish I could help. RF limited is really frustrating lately (when I say lately i mean forever). Ekl/magnum/RF limited - arg. Out of radios. Out of nitros (which costs me about $600 per month profits). Out of lots of things. Really looking forward to them coming back out with stuff.

I have been looking 6 months now, I heard the owner died and the son is taking over. He hasn't returned any of my emails so I'm not sure if they are going to bring the 577 back.
Yes, Sam Luis died. Eric is in Charge. He's always been involved but I'm sure there is a lot of transitioning. They're probably bringing back the microphone but since it's such a small seller in comparison to everything they do, it's probably not at the top of the list. I'll bet it comes back though.
