For all intent and purposes H&Y has ceased to exist. They are now in the business of building splatter boxes.
Hope they burn in hell!!!! They owed me money never got it...

I started working with them as a contractor when Chester(Founder) was still alive and it was cool. After he died my payments got irregular and then stopped altogether. Leaving me with a storage area full of broken amps owing me more than $4500.00 and couldn't get parts to finish repairs.
I do know their website has been down for quite some time and I haven't received one of their catalogs in ages.
