Another sheep in wolfs clothing.....

Well I'll say it looks brand new but that's nothing to me. Back when they were brand new and just out, I wouldn't have give 50 bucks for one, I hated them. I do not like the buttons. I don't think it's worth what he's asking though... for that money you could buy a much better radio than thing will ever be.

he even states it is a dual final radio. look at the back of it and you can see it is not.

Well it does look kinda odd but starting with the 77, everything after it was dual final. The 77, 88 and 99 were all dual final radios...hmm... maybe they just changed the way the rear looked or something?

Somebody message that joker and tell him to pop the covers off that pristine beauty, we might have a buyer here!!

(not really but tell him anyway)

Yeah, it's not an DX88HL (with a heatsink on the rear), but a Texas Ranger 296, lmao. Seller must not see the FCC ID tag on the rear of the chassis!
Looks like a 296 with an 88 bezel.

I had a Galaxy 88 that was bought in 1996 and it was a dual final radio with a heat sink. I don't know what's up with that ebay radio.

Always be wary of those that tend to use grandiose names of predatory animals - "there's always a bigger fish" also applies to the Food chain in an aviary sense...
