family owned and operated company since 1990 specializing in tuck camper and travel trailer transportation. We also transport boats automobiles, busses, utility trailers and tractors.
If you have a cdl and have at least 2 years or experience pm me for more details! $1100 per week min!

I have over a million paid miles verifiable...but only reefer and van. If I had to do it over again, I would have done flatbed from the beginning. Local flatbed around my area pays good if you get on with the right company.

Your right though. Lots of CB guys around my area use to drive trucks or still do.

I get it and no offense, its just little off topic for this area thats all. I was thinking you put it here by accident maybe. Ive had a few posts here i really didnt know what area to place it in and finally just threw a dart lol.

How much does it cost to place an ad on here? Friend,1100 a week is old school. Especially for flat bed. Fed Ex drivers make 6 figures a year. And so do many others. Back in 99 I made the mistake of working for TMC. After a 130 pound tarp blew off a 13 ft high load of lumber in northern Michigan, and I chased it across the parking lot, in sub degree (sleeting) weather, I decided I had had enough.

@Tokin yeah I really didn't know where to put this. Figured maybe just maybe I might get a good ol boy looking for work. I'm not sure if @BJ radionut really moved it to a new location but I appreciate it if he did anyways thanks guys! @big_sho9 this is drive on drive off freight crain on crain off for the boats and winch on and off for campers so no tarps but ive heard alot of people say they've had a rough time in the flatbed industry for the physical demand itself. thats a different type of flat bed from what we do you could say we're car haulers but even car haulers know 3 units vs 9 is a big difference. And thats a minimum pay, something I can guarantee a driver who doesn't wanna hussle as much as the next we're family owned and operated im looking for paper log drivers not the elog one if you know trucking you know exactly what i mean. Some drivers are out here for the money. Some of its easier to make than others.

(Too beat up, for anything else).
Yeah, me too. My spine is torn up. Aurthor Ritis has kicked my tail. I cant lift nothing. If I drive 40 miles in my car, I'm down for 2 weeks. I was jut too tall, I stand 6'9 and 325. All that bouncing did a number on me. Sometimes I hear those jakes in my dreams at night. Dropping the keys was the hardest thing I ever did.

Ideal size is a monkey-boy 5’9”.

Swing thru the cab at a sopping-wet 145-lbs.

Locks the air seat. Never gets tired.

I’ve had to shoot a few. That toothpaste smile, and, lets go get another!

Drain-spade is the fastest of that family to get ‘em underground.

peterbuilt.jpg Cody Dixon, here are tips for getting/keeping good drivers. 1st, turn the speed of the truck wide open. Turn the horsepower wide open. Add stove pipes. Deck it out in chrome. install at least a $2500 seat, Deck it out in chicken lights, and a bug shield, and a large chrome bumper, and chrome rear fenders. Add designer wheels. I've seen small fleets around here do this, and only paid the driver $500 a week, and dont even hold taxes. He never has problems getting drivers.

The embarrassment of riding around in a klown kar (is some serious fun on the radio). Highway Dunce Cap.

I’ve also heard it used as a low-wage + 1099 angle. (That’s the shiv in the radio comments).

Watching that 5’-9” monkey-boy pull over after a rain shower to wipe down the whole rig (painters pole with mop head) almost defies belief.

Don’t get me started with drivers so short they look through the steering wheel to drive, seat down on the floor. A visor like that is on a truck is also a guarantee it has an unusable ape-hanger shifter.

Dollars to donuts it’s also drum brakes front to rear (ends any discussion of “cool” once admitted).
