Fine tune 955 dead..

Well my 955 died today. Waited months for an overpriced radio, decided to give him a go... Nope, died a month later and I mainly use it for receive.. Tried to contact him... Mark says I messed it up. Won't even own up that his "tune" was faulty.

I'll use bells from now on like I used to. Just a heads up. I think my 655 from bells sounded better anyway. 2 years on this 655 now. Ordering a 955 from Bells.

Agreed!! All that puts up a “red flag”. Paying $700 for a $300 radio is nuts. Then he’s going to give you attitude or ghost you when it malfunctions? No thank you!!

Fine tune is known for smoke and mirrors. One of my locals has a fine tune 955. It doesn't sound like it should, for costing as much as it does.
Another local has a 955 done by Big Time, it sounds much better honestly.

Weird you said that . I was in De I saw your from there. I heard a R&R comp 29 from someone it was LOUD and sounded rather choice .
