Mine is not an elaborate base station, but it works nicely.

And no, my ham stuff is not for sale. It’s resting in the closet till I’m bitten by the bug again. :giggle:

In the meantime, I’ll shoot some skip, ragchew with the locals in the evenings and keep my eyes open for a pristine, refurbished Browning Golden Eagle Mark III at a reasonable price. ;)

The small external speaker to the left of the radio is a RoadPro RPSP-15 I picked up at the local Love’s Travel Stop for about $15. It weighs a ton and sounds better than the much larger Icom SP-33 I use with my Kenwood.

I was looking for a small external speaker and was going to ask but alas thr info was already there!!
