stryker 655

Hello Folks
Ive been slowly learning the radio repair biz, and I have a question on the Stryker 655 if anyone could help?
I have been trying to adjust the bias setting and can't seem to get any reading through the amp meter
I have been going by the instruction in the service manual, removing short ay j3,and j4 etc, etc and can't seem to get any readings
Can anyone guide me in the right direction on this

I am on TX. What is USB and how do I get to that setting?

So you can't set bias as described.

I guess the question now is ,How do you set the bias on a Stryker 655???
