Know it's a shot in the twilight but maybe someone here has done before and made some notes. Have one of these, basically works but readings are off. Have checked the googler for schematic and youtube with no luck. There are 6 adjustments inside. I have a dummy load for testing. I know I can set up in Functions and and gingerly move each adjustment until I find which does what in each function - returning adjustment to where it was if it has no effect per setting ..... but it would be nice if someone could identify the adjustments in advance.
Thanks for any help

Get 100 or 25 Ohm dummy load for calibration. Schematic is pretty straight forward.

Any swr meter will show 1:1 on 50 Ohm dummy load.
You want calibrate SWR 1:2.0 on 100 Ohm. 1:1.5 on 75 Ohm.
Pots:
Switch to AVG. 100Ohm, 10W carrier.
VR3 - swr 2.0
VR4 - 10W
Switch to AVG. 100Ohm, 100W carrier.
VR2 swr 2.0
VR5 100W
Switch to AVG. 100Ohm, 1000W carrier.
VR1 swr 2.0
VR6 1000W

It's fake PEP meter, so don't bother calibrating PEP :)

Of course calibrate SWR on 100Ohm, power on 50 Ohm :)

Okay, here's what I have. Again, the pots are NOT I.D.'d on the board - So you'll have to help me if can from my pic with which one is VR1, 2 etc .... See if you can help me from here. Pic looking at Front/Top. 6 pots left to right. I.D. the pots from the pic and I should be able to go from there. And as-is, the metering does NOT show 1:1 SWR in all power settings with a 50ohm dummy load. Like I said, it's out of whack. Reading low on power in 15 and 150W settings, and SWR readings not accurate in some settings either.

The pots are marked L Low, M Medium, and H High. They correspond to the 3 ranges on the meter. The procedure for setting the SWR has already been explained and is easy to follow. I hope this helps.

You labeled the pots (red numbers) the same way as they are in the schematic, properly. Aj1 on the schematic is 1 in your picture and is VR1 in sp5it's reply.. That schematic, if laid on top of your picture, would pretty much line up.

If the dummy load resistors are not actually 25 ohms and 100 ohms (and maybe one for 50 ohms), your "calibration" will be off by the difference between "should be" and "actually is". A $10 Harbor Freight multimeter isn't much good in this application.
