Yaesu 897 vs 897d

Could anyone tell me the difference between the yaesu 897d and the yaesu 897??

The D model has the 60 meter channels pre programmed in and has the TCXO option standard.
Other than that basically the same radio.
I have the D model, after many years of service the display is now showing the " zebra stripes" failure that is becoming common in these radios.
