Pyramid PSV 500 power supply issues

Hello crew:
I recently purchased a Pyramid PSV 500 DC power supply and are having a small issue, the power supplies on/off button won't shut off. I have read reviews prior to purchase,v some good,some bad, some neutral but many other owners have experienced the same issue.

I've been sending out emails to two different manufacturers emails with no response, one of the emails addresses is pyleusa.com, this address is on the back of the supply and I keep getting a message stating that it is an invalid address?.

Would anyone have a valid address to this company that owned or is licensed to sell these "Pyramid" power supplies?.

Hmm. Sure didn't see "Pyramid" under the 'brands' dropdown on Pyle's home page.

I'm used to thinking of Pyle as a higher-grade brand than Pyramid to start with.

Couple web searches lead me there going off the back of supply, worth a email. I did read the warranty on there page and it looks like your limited to 30 days, it's not a very impressive web site......
