Pop-ups, pop-downs, ads and more ads

What in the world is the deal with the massive amounts of ads? I’ll assume generating fundage for hosting but if we upgrade our membership, does the ads go away?

I’ve looked but I don’t see what the perks of paying is, can someone link me to that or explain it here please?

Well, I have been supporting it… I been here forever and all the free comedy and entertainment that Tallman and myself used to give for absolutely free… you can’t buy quality content like that nowhere. Hahaha. I miss the big polar bear.

But, yeah, cough up the bucks and the ads go away. May take a bit for an admin to flip the right switch, but they're usually fairly quick about it.
