Magnum 257 Does Not Function When Cold

I had this problem when the radio was installed in my car. I had a conversation with Sam Lewis about it. It was a cap that was used in production, that needed to be replaced with a NP0. I can't find any docs or a service manual that I had for this radio, with the notes.

This is the original 257, dual 1969's, no LED's in front. All I found online, was for the HP versions, that may have had this issue corrected.

Anyone familiar with this? I just pulled my 257 off the shelf, where it has been for a few years, since I installed the Q6P.

I'm going to do this today. Would you happen to have good service docs for this radio? I have not found anything useful. HTX-10 SM found online is useless.
