Anytone AT-5100

It will mate well with the 2 pill texas star amps I have and as you can see in the video above it looks to be a very capable radio.
I kind of like the anytone silver faceplate a little better than the radioddity version.
The qixiang guys are really pumping out radios and thankfully they're doing it before the cycle falls flat on 11 meters.
Hadn’t considered the radio until I saw the Radioddity version, since I prefer a black faceplate. Ordered from Radioddity directly and was able to use a coupon code of RO14TH
which brought the price of the radio to $143.65. I think that code may expire at the end of August 2026.

I just received the radioddity version (qt30) last night but didn't have a chance to even open the box. With lot's of great reviews on this one I'm hoping to have a winner. I'll update with my thoughts after I crack open the packaging.
I'm thinking it will pair nicely with a Texas star 250 or 350 but we'll soon find out.

Have a QT30 from Radioddity. Nice Radio, but mine is 30hz off frequency. Radioddity told me not to have a way to correct this. 30hz is within tolerance, so no reason to fix it, but I know it can be better.
There must be a hidden Service Menu to correct the issue, but nobody knows how to enter the Service menu.

That's inexcusable! I won't be buying one of those that's for sure! It points towards poor quality control which is usually RCI's department.
It also makes me super hesitant to buy anything else branded "Radioddity".
Can the service settings be accessed with the Anytone 5100 software available from the Anytone website?

Tried mine out today and it's definitely a keeper. Made several contacts from the garage on the attic dipole and received several unsolicited compliments on the audio and questions asking about the radio. Excellent for the price!
One dislike though but not a big deal. I'll have to make sure it's not user error but the nrc has levels on both tx and rx which the nr is great but the on off turns both on or off and not independently. On my other radios I don't use tx noise reduction but I do for rx. On this one i set tx to 1 because I doesn't turn off. It seems fine so it's probably a petty gripe.
Aside from my gripe, it's a touchdown!
