    I love my p5000! Had it on the roof of a dodge mini van and had a good swr across 10-11m. made many of contacts an really like the fold over aspect.

    That mobile sounded real good up here into Michigan! Haven't keyed the radio in months an 1st key up, I get you. Glad we got to make the contact and hope we can do it again. I was usin the Cobra 200 and the A99 that's only up about 30ft. Haven't put the cobra back in the mobile yet. LOL

    What is the worst source of RFI you have ever encountered?

    The blinking light on the corner! Have called an fought with MDOT for the last 3 years. The guy I talked to had NO clue what RFI was! I told him it sounded like a bad transformer an he told me I didn't know what I was talking about. It effects am/fm car stereos, some parts of 20m an 40m!

    On a Car or Truck...are there some Antennas that really make a difference?

    I have the Sirio P-5000 and it works awesome with my Cobra 200gtl dx Honmestly, it's the best antenna I have used in quite a long time LOL
