According to the spec sheet you will need a power supply capable of delivering 13.8 volts DC @ 12 amps. I would get a power supply of that voltage with a current delivery of about 20 (or higher) amps. This should be more than enough to handle full power with the ft-2500. :thumbup1:

You have got to love the free enterprise system. I remember when Toyota was the new kid on the block. I just bought a ftm-350 so I won't be getting one of these. I hope they pan out because I know a lot of new hams that might be interested in this radio. ;)

Firmware update I had a similar problem, but it was a minor fix. You have to know what comm port is used for the RT systems cable. Once specified accurately everything was a breeze. Just look in your hardware list in Windows and it will list it for you with the comm port number assigned. :D

Yaesu FTM-350 I think there are deals being offered by Yaesu. I got mine from Ham Radio Outlet. Check around on prices, they vary.

AGW Tracker Will the use of the comm port to send data to a laptop allow me to use AGW Tracker or similar tracking program with my FTM-350? I do Ecomm with my county EOC and we're just starting with APRS. Do you recommend another type of software? Thanks
