Alinco DJ-MD5 Scan list programming? TX on Ham Freq. Stopping

Hi, I am having quite a learning curve with the DJ-MD5 and would appreciate any help! I have programmed (I thought) 29 freq. some public service and some ham freqs. It loaded into the HT and it will not scan. I go to menu; scan click the on I get scan list No Select! I have attached a few...
