Yeah the mics are both properly wired one is the stock mic it came with .. both checked out fine on the mic tester for audio tx and rx .. yes it has echo from the factory.. and no key up at all on PA mode .

I have a 6300 f 150 with excellent receive , good dead key ( 3 watts lo , 15 hi ) and it shows forward swing with the Roger beep on .. but no audio output.. tried a couple different mics for sh¡ts and giggles no luck..

Yeah I don't side and to much . I do have an all black Turner +3B and a Turner cs3 un-amplified. Both in mint condition also.

They were marketed as the "Silver eagle Plus" I've never seen another one yet .. I don't know if I'll ever turn mine loose .

You and I both know how that works. If I send it off I'll never see it again.. if I can't find a solution I guess it'll sit in the closet..

It's brand new . I've only used the 5 volt jack on the back of three different radios with the same results.. sever drift after it's been on a few minutes.

I've noticed after it's on a while it just starts randomly drifting from 27 all the way down to 25 MHz . It does this no matter what radio it's on .. I don't suppose any of you fellers know of a solution for this problem?

I got my license 3 weeks ago or so . Notta single person Ive heard uses a call here in Montana, they just willy nilly where ever however.. Honestly I feel like it was waste of money .. but I'll give it a few months and see what comes of it ..

Thank you sir , I actually have a paper copy of the astatic wiring book . The schematic also. I should have been more clear I was talking about the pin out for the RJ12 (telephone jack) on the back .. but with a flashlight and and extra pair of eyes I was able to see thru the smoke ridden...

I like it now that it's fixed and the knobs aren't so lumpy.. I have gotten really good reports on it since fixing it. The hardest part was finding info on the SOB ..

I didn't like the chrome knobs . They were hard to grab I like the shape of the old school knobs so I went to Barkett Electronics and ordered some of the VR9000 replacement knobs .. I really like the way she looks and feels now .. this POS gave me hell in the beginning, but it's shaping up to be...
