Sorry to see that... bummer! I also own a gainmaster and my coax was slightly bent upon arrival. Sirio needs to place a foam or molded cardboard insert with a cutout in the end of the box to take the pressure off during shipping. Yours is much worst than that... I don't understand that one at...
