Where is R148 on Midland 79-290?

Anyone know where the resistor 148 is located on the Midland 79-290 radio (year 1995)? According to another website, "Modulation limiter can be defeated by the removal of chip resistor R148." It would be most appreciated if someone who has a board schematic would also send it to me or my...
