I was driving through central Indiana this morning. I had an s6 level of static. I turned the ref gain all the way down and it did change the noises level at all. I thought something was wrong with my radio or antenna. Coming home in the evening things were back to normal. I have never...

I don’t mind the roger beep as much as the way many of them are way louder than the persons voice. Some of them you can hear way after the voice is gone. What’s annoying is not being able to hear comments because I have to turn the volume down to be able to get the roger beep to an acceptable...

Ok. Thanks. I thought a band pass filter would be good to keep out everything that wasn't 11m with the hope of making 11m quieter. I guess my ignorance is showing.

I want one. I have an export for the power, but I could care less about frequencies outside 11 meter.

To me that looks more like a mixer board than a radio. I vote prop.
