take the speaker side of the radio off and see if the coils in the back have been streatched..if so gentle try to squeeze them back into shape..that should help with the reflected power.its caused by second harmonics,your antenna cant accept them so it rejects them and shows as reflected...

all voltages checked out ok on audio chop and mic. amp chip..found a old connex in my pile that had a talkback mod that jumped from front of radio to speaker jack..its definetly not the speaker jack i now have talkback using jumper mod..still nothing on receive audio..

no replaced with brand new.

btw .yes i did remove the resistor that i was trying to bump talback up. thanks

ok guys i could use a little help with a 4300 that i have..it has absolutely no audio coming from either the stock speaker or the ext. jack..radio is modulating but has no talkback or receive audio from either speaker jack..i can inject a signal from my generator and watch the radio meter come...

can anyone help me or have the adjustment numbers for a Stryker 955? the receive sensitivity on my 955 is down right horrible..I have found adjustments on cbtricks but it only mentions 3 pots 8-9and 12 i believe..still cant get it to go below .03 mvolts. my other styker is a 497 and it receives...
