    I found the vrs.. Am seems pretty good, but ssb im only getting about 6 to 8 out. Should be a tad more since its a 40 ch.

    I love the ssk on ssb. I own 2. One of them eats batteries and its been taken apart and still can't find what causes it to eat 9v batteries. All the old caps are replaced and all traces look good. No wires are pinched..

    I found this in a parts box and I've had it for years. Iirc, it came out of a desk mic like a d 104 or what have ya.
