I was 15 and I suppose the sender was about the same age. We were not taught morse code in school or scouts. But in the scouts we did talk about different codes and cipher, and I was quite good at it..... not good enough though..... I don't recall anyone being interested in amateur radio...

Thank you all for trying to help. It is kind of frustrating isn't it. I've uploaded the note on Facebook to see if anyone from my past know who has sent it. So far no other luck than the fact that I can rule out two of the names on my list of possible suitors.
