i have a dell inspiron 300m running DOS with a bunch of rss software loaded i could part with if you know someone who's looking.

what exactly do you intend to do with?

P.S. i do have a extra Motorola Programmer Laptop with a lot of the favorite RSS software running DOS. for sale if anyone want to take advantage of great surplus radio gear.........

check your test gear

the e chip when powered up expands cpu capacity. when the echip is uninstalled and powered up will reset back to factory specs. then reinstall the echip once again to full expansion, (that's the best way to reset cpu on the DX)

turn radio off pull out the echip turn radio on. then reverse, turn radio off install echip....

Your right on that . pileups are only fun for a short time. when the airways get messy and the DX drops out there is always DMR. turn off the amps turn down the power supply and go digital. not really DX but one can make many contacts all over the U.S. and the world.

he's right on that. annealing softens the brass for proper expansion and sealing of the chamber when fired. working the brass makes it brittle heating it up to only 700 degrees softens the neck and shoulders. all military brass must show proof of annealing. however commercial brass goes back in...

very good, I agree, too much brass in the tumbler does not clean the brass well, that is a nice pocket tool and does a terrific job. I use the Lyman case prep for all my Boxer Brass. and use the RCBS deprimer for all my Berdan Brass
