XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX Thanks again for reply....I opened the cover just a bit ago and centered both clarifiers to center and "tuned", and receive is well...Also, found that ONLY the larger knob/dial alters transmit and that the smaller knob only adjust the receive wit no effect on transmit...

###################### Thanks for reply....Before a delve into reading the link, are the knobs SEPARATE in controlling the T+R?...This link seeming applies to a radio with significantly more bells and whistles than mine...I see no "menu" to speak of.

Just a quick note--- I will get back to this in hopefully about a week......The "monitor" radio I was using 4'' from transmitting rig (Yeasu 901-dm) to hear what was being outputed from my Icom 730 had to issues that occurred......One was a continuous audio tone (not hum or anything like that)...

Ok... So the audio is not making it out of the computer. CORRECT... When you hooked up some speakers to it and you hit transmit on the program, it was not making any sound and just muted. AS I STATED..... Double check your sound settings in the program. FLDIGI?.....JUST TO BE SURE...
