I salvaged the male plug from an old ATX computer power supply. Those were ideal. After a little internal connection mod and chassis tweaking to the CB, you’re good to go. That computer AC cord also give it a stock appearance. An upgrade IMO.

When any of my side mic radios has just the mic cord sticking out with some bogus strain relief or grommet. I change those over to a 4 pin standard jack. Also, regardless of the radios jack location, unless I convert them, DIN radios are not allowed in my shack either.

You can add that one to list of other ACT-1914 radios. I changed all of them to except 4 pin Cobra mics. Service manual and schematic to follow.
