Trouble shooting

Hi guys, I currently have a ICOM IC-A110, we are having problems with the channel that we regularly use 127.3. Everytime you transmit it comes up blocked on the function screen. We are unsure how it got that and dont know how to get rid off it. Little help please. Trav
