for a born again nut hugger Booty, this thread was as subtle as a kick in the nuts.

Unfortunately Scott has been allowed to inappropriately use his signature line to form an unwarranted personal attack against me. As long as he continues to drag this nonsense into every tread he posts in, we are likely to have the same problem. I've had a similar problem with Scott several months ago and tried to resolve the issue in private email then. It's didn't take him long to start accusing me of being everything from a liar to a charlatan. I apologize to the forum for Scott's actions and my responses to them.

I removed his signature. Unfortunately, that won't go back and clean up all of the old posts, though.

ILLUMINATION

I enjoy forums where people can honestly gather and enjoy learning, but when someone acts dishonestly, making extravagant claims of proof then uses any and all means available to avoid providing that proof, I am insulted and believe the high standards of character of that forum and it's users have been assaulted.

At that point I realize the need to call them out on their insult to my intelligence and that of the others on what I trust is an honorable forum, rather than providing a vehicle catering to it, allowing it to continue.

Perhaps I have erred and need to reassess my perception of both the standards and credibility of this forum and it's administration.

I would ask Scott to produce any piece of evidence that would suggest I've been dishonest?? He's just mad because others found his signature line a nuisance too and it was removed. He was put in his place for insulting someone with his signature line who has knowledge on the Sigma design and was trying to share it with him.

I certainly will not provide him with any more information while he continues this behavior. However, if any of the moderators question my honesty in regards to having this CST information or presenting in an accurate manner with my photos, I would be happy to forward the complete file for your inspection.

Scott, the thoughts you have behind the operation of this site are accurate. Perhaps you need to reassess your perception in understanding that the rules apply to you too when you're spreading misinformation.
