Sams PhotoFacts Collection

I don't see any Super Satelites listed in the Sams CB Index. What does the red and green say on it. The 2 listed are the Satelite CB-1A and Satelite Deluxe... Dan
I looked at them all. There are no numbers or serials anywhere. 1 number on the tranmitter. Nothing on the stack. Here are some pics...

I have almost a complete set of Sams PhotoFacts for CB. If anyone needs info on a specific cb radio just like me know and I will see if I have that Volume. KEEP CB ALIVE!
A member said it could be the satelite deluxe which might be sams cb-19

I think its sams cb-19. The satelite deluxe. If you have it thats great.

Big hmmmmmmm...... the satelite set pictured in the cbtricks is the radio set with white meters and no mic jack in the front and has load and plate output tuning. The schematics identify it correctly but the catch is that the manual is called "Super satelite". Now Im really confused. Lol.

The radio set with green and red meters is the one with super written on the face plate of the transmitter and has the front mounted mic jack, and no plate/load tuning.

Im thinking that the sams CB-19 Labelled as the "Deluxe", is the same manual.

That said, the radio set with red and green meters, may not be any of the available manuals.

Hate to hijack this thread on this, I was thinking that because it's a "SAMS" oriented that someone could help me clear up this conundrum.

I do have CB-19. I will scan it first thing in the morning... Busy printing 3d stuff at the moment... Dan
This is good info. It will sort out my set with the plate and tune, white meters and clear knobs. So this one is the deluxe. The super is a whole different animal. Finding the service manual for that set will be tough. That set has black knobs, red and green meters, a front mic hookup, and no plate and tune. I can make my way through most of it but figuring out how they have a crystal socket in place for crystal mode, and that there is no crystal in the socket, but in xtal mode, i can receive and transmit on channel 27. There are 7 crystals mounted on the channel selector and I think a 6mhz crystal underneath all working in different configurations to achieve the 23 channels. This mode is called variable mode. Very odd that in xtal mode I get channel 27. Wish someone could come forward if they know about this set.

Enhanced version of CB-19 Demco Deluxe service manual with separate schematics.

I sooo appreciate this info. Its a variation to the "Deluxe" that I have and will come in handy. What I really need is the service manual and schematics for the "Super". The Super, at least the one I have, is different than the deluxe in that there is no plate and tune like the deluxe has. It also has a built in wall plug system unlike the deluxe which has an 11 pin modifiable connector for either 120 vac or 12 vdc. The receiver gets its power from a molex type connector pig tail coming off of the m transmitter. The deluxe has a round 12 pin (easy to bend the pins) was an easy find but the Super is harder to find. I cant get the info from the web at all. cb tricks has a deluxe labeled as a super.

Hi. I recently found and bought a Scooper M-8080 which looks to be almost 99% identical to the Utac TRX-500. Only difference is the M-8080 has 2 banks of channels, CB and HI, the Utac just has a delta tune switch. Would you have Sams CB-181? I read that the Utac TRX-500 is in there. Thank you.
