It is the Spartan PLL 40. Use the SAMS CB-211 Midland 79-893. This topic was also covered here. https://www.worldwidedx.com/threads/courier-spartan-pll40-service-info.269890/ I should have mentioned, the SAMS CB-191 is the correct book.

So either its cb191 or cb211?
