I think it was around 4-5 days ago we finally reached 100 degrees here in NW Arizona. Two days ago I saw 111 on the weather station.

Never has been any out here locally. Wait, the year I moved here I did see someone shoot a boat flare, but I think that was it! (2012) Also, I should not have said anything about the dx coming back in, as not long after I posted, the bottom seems as if it fell out for good tonight.

I know of a 429 locally here. Not sure if it was the same one or not. Nothing coming in now for the most part, but if the past few days are any indicator, it will be back again soon.

Just been hearing Florida a bit, and Oklahoma earlier up until now. Fading in and out pretty bad. Some chatter earlier on 38, but of course the loudest was a clown. Late at night I have been hearing Northern California, Oregon and Washington here in Arizona, but it has been just as hit or miss...

Lately, the only thing I get is the passive aggressive stuff I have been seeing you pull with people about the most mundane mistakes. I knew what he was talking about as far as the relay was concerned.

Very low level conditions coming in on 19. Very up and down. Have yet to scan the band at all. Just listening. Caring for my sick dog atm. But, hopefully a bit later things get better. Been days without much conditions at all.

I hear them all day when skip is in! I used to be one of them at times, it is just I never acted like an a**. Still just me, but talking slower. Lol I dont really mess around like that anymore for some time now. Best to leave it in the rear view mirror..

Florida came in fairly heavy around 7pm. Only lasted 20-25 minutes though. Could hear some Australia on 38 at the same time.

I have four of this model. Only one works well. The other is AM only. SSB has no output. Hope you get yours going!

Completely dead all day today, aside from a short window around 11am where I could hear a station in Florida ever so faintly.

That one looks like a Motorola mic. Used to have them at work.

That model is not even shown on that site.

I may very well be wrong, but it almost sounds like a bad pot, or variable resistor itself.
