Update: Got the timer and removed the gears I needed. One of the gears wouldn't fit the shaft so I made it a little bigger. Clock is working now!!! Thanks to everyone who helped me with this project... Dan
Ahhhh ok...Tomorrow my timer should be here to pull new gears from. Power to clock motor is direct, probably so clock can run even with unit turned off. I really appreciate you taking the time to help me... Thanks... Dan

Upon further inspection of the circuit boards I found that the power board is missing 4 diodes (D201 to D204)... Radio receives so don't know what purpose they serve... Help please. Pic below...
I did notice after removing the gears that I couldn't see any of the shafts turning when power was supplied... Is that good or not? I also noticed that there was a lamp going back into the middle of the clock, I guess to light up the 2 dots that separate the hours from the minute that wasn't...
