    I remember when on the CB tricks forum there were a few so called cb repair shops that had,"black" and "white" lists for CB repair shops and come to find out most of the "white" shops should have definitely been on the black list !

    Yep, just like a lot of operators (?) on 75/80(3840,3843) and on 40 (7225, 7250) and on 20 (14.313, 14.310) those are all part of the wasteland, those bands and operators aren't any different than CB.

    So I guess the bottom line is the Imax 2000 are ok, the SWR's are ok and they work fine.I know mine does as does others.

    I now know of 2 people that have bought them in the past 3 months or so and have had zero SWR problems on them, they all had very good match on them right out of the box
