Just my input, if you haven't already built it.. I would put the "Void" (air intake) at the bottom, fan at the top... Heat raises.... and you only need 1 fan.... it will move the air out of that box very well Since you are not running a lot of RF power, I would worry too much about Power/RF...

Anytone Smart CB is damn small... About the same size as the President In SlowMover's Photo The Cobra 19DX You picked up is just a Basic radio. Little or no mods or internal adjustments available (Without cutting things, which is not a "Mod", Its a HACK)

On a Cobra 29, the Modulation transformer saturates at around 200-250 Hz... The wave form looks all jacked up, and the Audio turns to Poo That is on TX and RX.
