    Looks like it will work fine. The swr is fine. No one on the receiving end will notice if swr is lower.

    One thing I learned about that stud mount is if you run the screw in too far the coaxial center pin won't make contact and you end up with an open circuit.

    1.5 swr is fine. If you try to get it lower the resonant point won't be on 11 meters. The pvc should be fine for a while. You might look into abs pipe. I don't think it will droop as much. Using a u bolt will have very little effect on the antenna.
