Ok ... who would be a good service tech to go through my Stalker ... it’s going to need a new plastic window ... but who knows what other things one might find. I want to hook it up to my Gray 300 but before I do that I want to have the radio checked out. Thanks in advance.

I was able to purchase this working Stalker IX for $100. I am going to have it gone through and match it with my Gray 300.

Maybe I need to go with a new amp.

I use my 95t2 for mobile AM and it is a good talker.These radios now a days are hard to come by... especially ones that havent been chopped up. I bought mine a couple years ago from the originl owner and am well pleased with it. My other keeper is a restored 99v.

Folks ... I have used various techs through the years - but from my experience he's one of the best techs out there – the work he does is A1 and his prices are very reasonable. Ok … back to my coffee.

Sent a well-used 99v to OldTech03 for resuscitation. He addressed a lot of issues but the pics show the results. This is a 15–20-year-old Galaxy. This 99v works as well or I might say it works better than new. Great Job OldTech03

Update: OldTech03 is going through my 99v and he did find various issues with it. He has addressed the issues and we are going to put a new bezel and faceplate on it. When I get it back it will be better than new. Thanks for the lead on OldTech03 as he is doing an A1 job. Highly recommended!!:)
